Fall Leadership Meeting
We understand that because of the location, many leaders are starting to plan their travel to the fall leadership meeting. To that end, we want to share with you the following preliminary information. As a reminder, information will be posted and updated on www.rptefall.com.

Sleeping Room Rates:
Deluxe Resort View: $419.00
Deluxe Ocean View: $459.00
*The sleeping room group rates will be available 3 days pre/post meeting dates, based on hotel availability.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A one night room & tax advance deposit will be charged at time of booking. Individual room cancellation must be received 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a forfeiture of advance one night deposit. No shows will be charged all nights reserved.
Resort Fee: Discounted to $20.00 plus tax per night includes:

Meeting Schedule:
Meetings will begin on Thursday, November 14 so you should plan to arrive on Wednesday, November 13. All meetings will conclude by noon on Saturday, November 16. The preliminary schedule is available here.
Reimbursement:
The following are eligible for reimbursement:
Group chairs and vice-chairs
Division committee chairs and co-chairs. If a committee or both co-chairs cannot attend, a committee vice-chair attending in their stead will be eligible for reimbursement.
Standing committee chairs, vice-chairs and members
Council members
Editors
Reimbursement will be given for airfare, at coach or lower rate, per diem (3 days at $150/day) and ground transportation ($150 max).
Group Tours:
At the beginning of September, a dedicated website will become available to book and pay for tours and excursions with other attendees of our meeting. This information will be sent out via email and will be available at www.rptefall.com
Meeting Registration:
Registration for the meeting will be available late summer.
